Nancy Sims

VP Clinical Services

Nancy Sims serves as VP Clinical Services for Community Hospital Corporation. In this role, she will oversee the clinical excellence of CHC affiliated hospitals and provide consulting services to Community Hospital Consulting clients.

Nancy brings broad clinical expertise to the CHC leadership team. As the former Chief Nursing Executive for Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital, Nancy has special expertise providing consistent leadership for nursing services across different units, hospitals and campuses. She also led the application for Magnet Status at the Beaumont hospital where they successfully received Magnet Designation in September 2007, from the American Nursing Association Credentialing Center.

In her 26-year career, Nancy has served as a Nursing Administrator and Chief Nursing Officer at various hospitals such as HCA West Houston Medical Center and HCA Denton Regional Hospital.

Her education and training include an advanced board certification as a nursing administrator, and MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Texas Nursing School.
