Jason Bootz

VP Acute Care Services

Jason Bootz serves as VP of Acute Care Services for CHC. In this role, Jason is responsible for the development, operation, quality of service and financial performance of the Long Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACH) and any post-acute care facility managed by CHC.

Prior to working with CHC as an LTACH expert, Jason was the Director of the Hospital Division of Transition Health Services in Argyle, Texas where he managed five LTACH hospitals throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Jason also served in various positions at Cornerstone Healthcare Group in Austin, Texas, including CEO of Cornerstone Hospital and Director of Development at Cornerstone Healthcare Group.

Jason received a Health Administration degree from (Southwest) Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
