Cindy Matthews

Executive VP

Cindy Matthews serves as Executive Vice President of Community Hospital Consulting. In this role she guides the strategic direction of CHC in addition to providing marketing advisory services to CHC affiliated hospitals and Community Hospital Consulting clients.

With over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, Cindy specializes in marketing healthcare services. Before joining CHC, Cindy was a principal with Meritage Healthcare Strategies, a healthcare consulting firm. She brings special expertise in the areas of growth strategies, market assessments, marketing/communications plans, medical staff recruitment planning, and service line development.

Cindy also served as Vice President of Marketing at Baylor Health Care System in Dallas, Texas, where she had responsibility for market development, market research, telemarketing, and advertising/marketing communications.

She received a MS degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a MBA from the University of Dallas. Currently, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at LeTourneau University in Dallas where she teaches classes in Marketing, Management and Leadership.
