Alice Fleetwood

Director of Revenue Cycle

Alice Fleetwood serves as Director of Revenue 

Cycle at CHC. In this role she is responsible for 

providing revenue cycle consulting services to 

CHC hospitals and CH Consulting clients. 

Alice has more than 18 years experience in 

healthcare operations in a wide range of settings. 

She started her career with HCA and progressed 

through several promotions. The last position 

she held with HCA was as Director of Collections 

in Patient Account Service. Alice also worked 

as Patient Access Director and Business Office 

Director for NearTerm Corporation before joining 

Community Health Systems as a Regional 

Business Office Director.

Alice also provided revenue cycle consulting 

services in her role with ARGYLE Solutions in 

Irving, Texas. Prior to joining CHC, she worked at 

Triad Hospitals, Inc. where she was a Divisional 

Business Office Director and was responsible for 

more than 10 hospitals’ revenue cycle operations. 

She brings extensive experience and knowledge 

of the complete cycle of patient receivables and 

the impact it has to the financial success of a 

healthcare facility.

Alice has a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration 

in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
