Brian Craft

Revenue Cycle Practice Leader

Brian Craft serves as Revenue Cycle Practice 

Leader for CHC. In this role he is responsible for 

providing revenue cycle consulting services for 

CH Consulting clients. He also manages CHC’s 

Revenue Cycle LITE ™ Assessment.

Before joining CHC, Brian was with Hillcrest 

Health System in Waco, Texas as Director of 

Revenue Cycle, responsible for scheduling, 

patient access, billing and collections. He 

implemented revenue cycle infrastructure 

processes including registration quality, upfront 

collections, denials management, patient 

throughput and pricing transparency.

Prior to that assignment, Brian spent eight years 

with the Methodist Health System in Dallas, 

Texas. After completing his administrative 

residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, 

Brian served as Director of Outpatient Services 

and Director of Access Management at Methodist 

Dallas Medical Center before being promoted 

to Assistant Vice President – Finance for the 

Methodist Health System. In that position, he 

led corporate initiatives on bad debt reduction, 

electronic medical records, coding accuracy and 

case management.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology 

from the University of North Texas and a Master 

of Science degree in Health Care Administration 

from Trinity University.
